This policy applies to all domain registrations, hosting plans, and related add‑ons purchased through HOSTIPE.

2. 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee
2.1 Shared Hosting & VPS Plans: You may request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied.
2.2 Refund requests must be submitted via the support portal before the 30‑day window closes.

3. Non‑Refundable Fees
3.1 Domain registration, transfer, and renewal fees are non‑refundable once submitted to the registry.
3.2 Setup fees, one‑time services, and add‑ons (SSL certificates, dedicated IPs) are non‑refundable.

4. Prorated Refunds
For annual and multi‑year plans beyond the 30‑day guarantee, cancellation will result in a prorated refund for the unused service period, minus any non‑refundable charges.

5. Refund Process
5.1 Submit a refund request ticket in our support portal with your account details and reason for the refund.
5.2 Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
5.3 Bank or gateway processing times may vary.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you file a chargeback or dispute without prior authorization, HOSTIPE may immediately suspend or terminate your Services. Approved refunds will not cover any chargeback fees.

7. Policy Changes
HOSTIPE reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted online with a new effective date.
