Welcome to HOSTIPE! These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of our domain name registration, web hosting, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering for or using any HOSTIPE Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when opening an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2. Services & Fees
2.1 HOSTIPE provides domain name registration, shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and related services.
2.2 Fees are billed in advance on a monthly, annual, or multi‑year basis. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non‑refundable after the first 30 days (see our Refund & Return Policy).
3. Use of Services & Acceptable Use Policy
3.1 You may use Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Services to host or distribute illegal content, malware, spam, or infringing material.
3.2 HOSTIPE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy.
4. Domain Registration & Renewal
4.1 Domain registrations are subject to the rules of the applicable registry. You are responsible for maintaining accurate WHOIS information.
4.2 Domains are registered for the term purchased and will renew automatically unless you disable auto‑renew. We are not liable for loss of domain names due to expiration.
5. Payment & Suspension
5.1 You agree to pay all fees when due. HOSTIPE may suspend or terminate Services for non‑payment without notice.
5.2 Overdue accounts may incur late fees or collection costs.
6. Termination & Cancellation
6.1 You may cancel Services at any time via the control panel.
6.2 HOSTIPE may suspend or terminate Services immediately if you breach this Agreement or engage in fraudulent activity.
7. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
7.1 HOSTIPE provides Services on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including uptime guarantees beyond what is specified in your plan.
7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOSTIPE’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Services during the preceding three months.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HOSTIPE and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.
9. Changes to Terms
HOSTIPE may update these Terms at any time. We will post changes on our website with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
